I have to think this spotted brown and white one might have been modeled on a someone's favorite pet rabbit

10 3/4" tall x 4 1/4" wide x 1/2" across at bracket

Whatever the case, quite a beautiful pipe bowl I'd say, which looks to have been carved from burl wood to me which gives the wonderful effect of a curly mane. Most definitely it was used, with blackening around and inside the opening of the bowl and a rich patina everyone else. 19th c. I believe and very lovely. 2 3 4 l x 2 t X 1 3 4 w, and nice
