Blackberry on the medium weight palate, with bright acidity. More elevated in style, more lively and less brooding from cooler climate vineyards. Stainless Steel fermentation, then aged in French oak for 18 months. Indigenous yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered. Undergoes spontaneous Malolactic fermentation. Sonoma County, California
