Lightly resinous nose and very pleasing, ripe, bordeaux blend nose. Clean and surprisingly fresh for a 15% wine, with light leafiness. Sweet start, no shortage of fresh acidity, this is really very creditable. Just the sort of wine to give to people doubtful about whether China can produce decent wine. Long and very respectable indeed.
