I purchased it on Ebay from a seller who seemed to have come into a very good small collection of them

just a couple of years before the completion of that Art Deco landmark (construction began in 1928

Great little crayon drawn house and pink bird, too. Good job, Maud! 5 7 16" x 3 7 16". 1920s. Very good condition.
