Domaine René Lequin-Colin 'Retour Aux Racines' Bourgogne Blanc 2020 POMEROL lemon and butter become more100% from the Lavau parcel in Santenay, where there is a predominance of chalk in the soil and very little topsoil, this chardonnay is fermented in 100% oak, with 10 20% new from Chassin and Rousseau coopers. The wine is 12 months in oak and 3 months in tank after malolactic and final racking off the fine lees before bottling. The wine is unfined and unfiltered and complete departure form the basic Bourgogne Chardonnay. Organic.
