Three buildings in St George's Fields
Architectural vase with flames Finish:none South PlaceElevation with height measurements, possibly for the design of the Monument, London, constructed by Christopher Wren (1632 1723) and Robert Hooke (1635 1703) and completed in 1677. In the built version, a copper urn from which flames emerge commemorates the ignition point of the Great Fire of London. This is a different design, but is perhaps related. Original: red chalk and ink on paper. ca. 1672 1677
