Wild Soul, like most of Sunier's fruit, is farmed and harvested at high altitude (400m), resulting in freshness, aromatic vibrancy, a lythe presence on the palate, and endless pleasure. Artisan vigneron Julien Sunier hails from Burgundy, and in 2005, he purchased La Ferme des Noisetiers (The Hazelnut Farm), which measures just over five and a half
