Oracle Cellars Mendocino Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Alsace and the nose is chalkyBright blueberry, cinnamon spice, anise. Cranberry, cherry, huckleberry on a zippy fruit driven palate. Partially destemmed and fermented in Stainless Steel. Partial new oak aging for 12 months. Oracle Cellars is a collaboration with an Italian family's vineyards in Mendocino, first planted in 1943 and a winemaker, Hoss Milone who is a 4th generation winemaker from Mendocino. The wine is a bright, fruit, layered expression of the Mendocino landscape.
