with manual wind and rewind- but it also has a solid IR autofocus system and a built-in flash

Monopod extends to approximately 5 feet. In excellent condition, except for the outer rim of the camera platform, which has been sanded rough for some reason. Why? I do not know. It doesn't affect function at all, just cosmetics.
