It is a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre (this is sometimes a split of Syrah and Mourvedre) thats aged mostly in 1-2-and 3-year-old

Then the wine was fermented in barrel

There is a hint of burnt match stick to the otherwise densely fruited nose that displays notes of citrus and various white orchard fruit scents. The powerful and voluminous middle weight plus sized flavors possess solid mid palate density before culminating in a sappy and palate coating finale.
