all making this antique Viavi canister quite an interesting little piece of history and mystery

Just my sort of naive and exuberant drawings, and I really really love the postures and the colors and patterning on these two, which I take for a rooster and a grouse though perhaps the latter is a partridge, or? Whatever the case, I can very much imagine the one
