Retro-Futuro Homemade Green and Silver Painted Wooden Toy Car miniature carved chairs arguably the first English settlementI'm a sucker for a scratch made toy car, and love the streamlined aspirations of this silver and green painted one, which I have to imagine an adolescent boy imagined speeding along at 100 miles an hour, though those hand carved wooden wheels don't roll especially smoothly! Found near Lake George in Upstate NY, c. 1940 50s or so I would guess. 8 1 2 x 3 3 4 w x 1 1 4 t and in well loved condition, sturdy and sound. Probably there was once a steering
