Black cherry and plum on the palate, with a tannic edge and white stone providing definition. Made by 4th generation of the Biotteau family in a conscientious farm in the Coteaux de LAubance within the Anjou Villages. A Mary Taylor White Label Series wine, chosen for its sense of place and showcasing the appellation's essence. 80% Cabernet Franc and 20%
