Constructed of a light brown card stock binding with 40 paginated interior pages, the cover indicating issue to Kriegsmarine personnel, the interior unissued and absent entries with the exception of several English language handwritten notes indicating the purpose of a small number of sections, measuring 10. 5 cm (w) x 14. 5 cm (h), a largely unspoiled example retrieved by an Allied serviceman in extremely fine condition.
