The original bust is now in the collections of the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge, accession number M. 1 1865. Embossed stamp below, with crown and laurels: 'Mr CLAUDET PHOTOGRAPHER TO THE QUEEN'. Inscribed in pencil lower left: 'From Sir E. Sabine's Collection'. Inscribed in ink verso: 'From a Bust of Behnes executed in 1840 of Lieut. Col: W. Martin Leake F. R. S. b. Janry. 1777 d. Janry 6,
