Constructed of brown rayon, the obverse overlaid by a layer of golden brown rayon, in turn bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
