Constructed of a red cotton twill base, bearing double sided Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front DAF) insignia consisting of a black mobile swastika situated within a cogwheel of identical colour, superimposed over a white base, the upper hoist edge featuring double sided district marks consisting of brown wool bases overlaid by embroidered inscriptions of BORSTEL 2 executed in off white threading, trimmed
