The complement of Pinot Meunier adds a charming touch of fruitiness and liveliness

Soft, supple and generously proportioned Barossa Shiraz made in a sympathetic manner to achieve a wine for immediate drinking but with a little further time in the cellar an option. Its distinctly fruit dominant with the oak sitting faintly in the background with lovely vibrant cherry and plummy flavours. Im thinking pasta with a red sauce here, or perhaps a lightly topped pizza.
