In order to recreate the t shirts from the 90s when the film was released, all printing is done in Japan. The "PERFECT BLUE" logo is silkscreen printed, while the graphic on the front is inkjet printed using a special method. The body is made of jersey material using yarn made on an open end spinning machine.
