How To Use To accentuate the shape of the eye, apply Phyto Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. You can also blend it into the eyelid using the sponge tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eyeshadow and for a smokey effect, under eyeshadow.
