Insane vintage dress, circa 1990s, by Issey Miyake. Unfortunately, there is no (longer) a label but if you look around it is verifiably Miyake. Just look at the incredible silhouette! The little points here and there are absolutely striking. This piece folds up nicely to retain it's unusual 'square' 'box' pleated design that cascades larger in size from the center. Lightweight pleated synthetic chiffon,
